Dealing with CASA
The first thing to remember is that when dealing with CASA, is that they are the Regulator of aviation and have the power to arbitrarily suspend, vary or cancel your AOC, Certificate of Approval, or licence.

You should always comply, at all times, with your obligations under the Law, when dealing with CASA Officers.

However, if you are at all concerned about where a discussion with a CASA Officer is heading or any unusual demands are made, you should immediately cease the discussion and seek advice before proceeding further.
